If you have problems downloading a Photoshop brush, you have to download Winrar (No Virus, completely free to download any files).
IMPORTANT NOTE: This "Taringa" website is free tutorial for every program written in spanish, I've tried downloading artisteer for free in english tutorials but Copyright and stupid law rules have blocked every single english page about it, except Taringa. So for the people who don't speak spanish use a translator and for the people who can understand that language.. -claps- for ya.
